A: The agency fee is the only actual charge that you ever pay to the agency. As we provide fully background checked and screened professional cleaners, the charge not only covers this aspect of the service but also guarantees that you will be registered with the agency for at least 1 month and have a cleaner available to you whenever you require. You also receive complete back up cover in case your cleaner is unavailable.
Q: Who provides the cleaning products and equipment?
A: Unlike commercial and industrial cleaning, domestic cleaning allows customers to use their own usual products and cleaning equipment. However should you require cleaning materials to be provided this can be arranged on request.
Q: Do you provide cleaners on weekends?
